The Global Water Center in Milwaukee’s 5th Ward and the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown are among the winners of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2014 Real Estate Awards.
Other winners include the new Pizza Man restaurant on Milwaukee’s east side and the Kenosha Area Business Alliance, which is being honored for its role in the surge of new development projects in Kenosha County over the past year. In all, 16 projects and one business group will be honored as part of the annual real estate awards program. The Milwaukee Business Journal only announced the winners in this year’s program, not which place they took or which project will be named “Project of the Year.”
Those announcements will be made during an awards luncheon to honor the winners on April 10 at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee in downtown Milwaukee. All of the winners will also be profiled in a special section on April 11.
