All water technology companies in the Milwaukee area stand to gain from the study Marquette University and A.O. Smith Corp. are collaborating on for the U.S. Energy and Manufacturing Competitiveness Partnership.
The yearlong study will elevate Milwaukee’s status in front of the members of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness, made up of some of the largest corporations in the country. Those companies, many of which are on the Fortune 50 list, will review the results and make recommendations to Congress and the White House for future policy around water use in manufacturing.
