Our Membership Manager Isaiah Perez is off on a new career adventure, and we’re looking for someone as awesome to fill his shoes. This role is an important and valued contributor on our team, developing, managing and supporting our member programs and services.
Regarding qualifications, this is an ideal position for someone who has two to five years of member or customer relations experience and is excited to step into a role where they can contribute their ideas and grow. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, outgoing, organized, an excellent communicator, knows his or her way around Salesforce (or other CRM tool), and wants to contribute to doing work that makes an impact.
