Shareholders and associates at Chicago’s Regulatory Compliance Associates Inc., known in the industry as REGCOM, have joined Wipfli LLP.
The Milwaukee-based accounting and consulting firm reached an agreement with Regulatory Compliance Associates, according to a Wipfli press release out Tuesday. Details of the agreement were not disclosed. REGCOM, which offers regulatory risk management products and services, will join Wipfli’s Oak Brook, Ill., office.
