Just a week after rejecting a takeover offer, Rockwell Automation Inc. has purchased a Scottish technology company.

Rockwell (NYSE: ROK) announced the purchase of Odos Imaging, a three-dimensional “time-of-flight” system developer based in Edinburgh, in a release Friday.
