When the Water Alliance, the Dutch water technology cluster organization, suggested we work together on a video about entering the U.S. market, we knew it was a good idea.
For non-U.S. companies, expanding into the U.S. can be an exciting opportunity and a daunting challenge. The U.S. has plenty of water challenges, but it also offers a patchwork of climates, regulations, taxes and culture across its 50 states.
Organizations like The Water Council and the Water Alliance are here to help. That’s why we’re proud to work not just with the Water Alliance but also with dozens of water organizations around the world. Our European representative, Beverley Ferrara, helps facilitate the work of European companies in the U.S. and vice versa. We also offer an overseas membership to help companies grow in the U.S. This international work is also good for our domestic members as it increases their access to water technology markets, partners and experts worldwide.

You’ll catch our president and CEO, Dean Amhaus, along with Orianna Bretschger, CEO of our member Aquacycl, and several experts and companies from the Netherlands.
