Milwaukee will garner national and international attention in November as it hosts the “Road to GES.” Milwaukee was selected as one of three principal U.S. cities to help raise awareness in the lead up to the eighth annual Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) in Hyderabad, India on November 28-30, 2017. Milwaukee Startup Week, November 6-12, will be the first “Road to GES” event to welcome the entrepreneurial initiative.
One of the plenary sessions at the “Road to GES: Milwaukee” event is Energy, Water, and Infrastructure, where panelists will discuss how entrepreneurs are using innovative technologies to help cities and countries manage scarce resources. Participants have the opportunity to learn more about the business opportunities in these important marketplace areas, with annual revenues exceeding $700B.
Being in the world water hub seems like a great match for the GES to begin their roadshow.
