Workshop to assist companies looking to raise outside funding

The Water Council is thrilled to launch a new program designed to help companies raise money from outside investors—the Investor Pitch Prep program.

The Investor Pitch Prep program will be launching on March 01, 2017. Applications for the program are now open via the Global Water Port. Applications will close at 11:59PM CDT on February 10, 2017.

Companies that complete the program will get to work with a team of designers and fundraising experts to build a targeted list of investors, develop a unified brand, and design a pitch deck that tells their unique story.

Boswell, principal of 2pm Creative Labs and former head of global design and development for American Girl. Megan is a branding expert who set design vision for the premium $620 million Omnichannel girls’ lifestyle brand portfolio. She has launched multiple new franchises and reignited existing sub-brands, focusing on strategic trend and consumer insights influence. Megan has multiple US Patents, and she is also the co-founder of a startup focused on female entrepreneurship.
