Ruekert & Mielke NAMED A 2019 TOP WORKPLACE BY THE MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL

Ruekert & Mielke Inc. (R/M) is excited to announce that we’ve been named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for the second year in a row.

The Top Workplace designation is determined by a scientific employee survey process distributed by the Journal Sentinel. Employees are asked 24 questions related to workplace satisfaction and culture ranging from the relationship with their manager to their perception of appreciation within the company. Employers are then ranked among groups of similar size to most accurately compare results. Those that score high enough are recognized as Top Workplaces. (source: jsonline.com).

“I feel like the staff and management really look out for each other at R/M. It’s one thing to talk about helping someone out, but here people follow through. I know that if I ask my colleagues, they’ll be there to help. No matter what.”

— Bronson Jastrow, R/M GIS Analyst

This year, R/M ranked as #14 out of 75 small businesses named as Top Workplaces (up from #22 in 2018). R/M has grown in size and service offerings since our last Top Workplaces win, but our commitment to our employees remains our top priority.

“As a 100% Employee Owned firm, our staff is the core of our company. We know that the success and happiness of our clients is directly linked to the success and happiness of our employees, and it’s an honor to be recognized for our dedication to fostering an excellent working environment.”
— Stan Sugden, R/M President
