Recently, Rick Latella of DMRI, Professor Bruce Eshelman and Medina Konjuhi of University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (UWW) hosted Ben Benninghoff and Peter Wood of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) and Karen Frost of The Water Council in Professor Eshelman’s lab for discussions regarding safety and efficacy of DMRI’s NOVEX-AMG™ technology, which is used in DMRI’s PurAsure Pellet and Ceramic filter media for storm event runoff remediation of bacteria. After reviewing the data presented by Medina, the WDNR agreed to allow DMRI to pursue remediation testing opportunities in the state of Wisconsin.
