Connect to the water industry at the global Water center

By Amy Jenson, CFO & COO

After two years of remote work and virtual meetings, some of us are tired of the isolation of the home office and ready to venture back into the “real” world. If you operate a water-related business, if you’d benefit from the close connection to The Water Council’s water technology and stewardship network, or if you’d just like to work in a really cool building right around the corner from Purple Door Ice Cream, consider the Global Water Center for your new work home.

The Water Council subleases individual, furnished office suites near its own offices on the fifth floor and created the Oasis co-working space in 2018 to provide reserved desks to start-up companies, nonprofits, companies outside of Milwaukee in need of a satellite office and international companies seeking a “soft landing” into the U.S. market. Tenants have benefited from the opportunities that sprout from casual interaction with other tenants and visitors to the building as well as the use of several of the building amenities like the board room and auditorium on the main floor.

Quote: “Cimbria returned to the Global Water Center after the height of COVID19 because the state-of-the-art building allows us to welcome investors, colleagues, and clients into a highly adaptable and sustainable workplace aligned with our purpose – the Water Economy. It’s a center of excellence, collaboration, and impact that complements the professionalism expected of our private equity initiatives and consulting engagements with premier clients.” ~ Noah J. Sabich, Partner, Cimbria Capital & Cimbria Consulting
