A.O. Smith Corp. is building a new research center near its corporate headquarters on Milwaukee’s far northwest side.
The 42,700-square-foot facility, to be located at 11000 W. Park Place, will house the Corporate Technology Center (CTC) for A.O. Smith. The company, a manufacturer of water heaters and water treatment products, plans to break ground for the project in September with an anticipated completion during the fourth quarter of 2018.
