Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Water Sector

In the current political climate in America, diversity, equity and inclusion — commonly known as DEI — is under pressure. Yet the water sector has many projects in place aiming to increase diversity in an effort to secure the workforce of the future that it needs. Karen Frost, The Water Council executive director, was recently a guest on British Water’s podcast, Beneath the Surface, to discuss how the water sector is dealing with a changing political landscape while maintaining efforts to fulfill its workforce needs.
