Comprehensive Water Stewardship Training
The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and The Water Council are proud to collaborate on a web-based, self-paced training course on water stewardship. Comprehensive Water Stewardship Training is an introductory course delivered through ANAB’s online training platform. It provides an overview of the best practices in the application of water stewardship when applied across an enterprise or at a specific site.
Practical concepts, such as understanding and baselining water use and impacts, assessing risk, building a business case for water actions and adding water aspects to current environmental management systems like ISO 14001 are detailed along with current terminology and key water stakeholders.
Quizzes throughout the training aid in measuring comprehension of the topics covered. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the key concepts defining and governing water stewardship and the ability to apply these concepts within participants’ own organizations.
