Refreshing Our Signature Event
Happy 414 Day! Today we celebrate all things Milwaukee in honor of our 414 area code. Of course, one of Milwaukee’s greatest assets is our presence next to the Great Lakes, home to 20% of the world’s accessible freshwater.
In that spirit, we are excited to announce our reimagined annual summit: ReFRESH: Resiliency in Freshwater, coming to Milwaukee on Oct. 13 and 14.
After two years of valuable partnership with Marquette University’s S-Lab, we are returning to a solo-led event, responding to member feedback asking for a stronger focus on what The Water Council does best – water innovation and stewardship.
This is an event for water leaders around the world who are ready to refresh how progress happens in water. ReFRESH brings together decision-makers across the public, private and academic sectors to explore radical collaboration, honest conversations and a commitment to action.
To help us do that, we’re excited to bring in Travis Loop, founder of the waterloop news outlet, as moderator. With more than 20 years of experience, Travis has established himself as a trusted voice and connector in the water sector.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks and months for more details and a registration link. In the meantime, we have plenty of opportunities for organizations to show their leadership by aligning themselves with this exciting event.
We are grateful to Watts Water Technologies, our platinum sponsor, and the other sponsors who have already signed on.
Please join us on this refreshing journey!
