Sometimes looking back is the best way to envision the future. I was reminded of this during a recent conversation with Xavier Amores, cluster manager at the Catalan Water Partnership (CWP) in Spain. He reminded us that it was almost time to renew our partnership, which was signed in Chicago back in 2018.
